With an apostolic mandate, multitudes have been shaped and influenced by the vision, leadership, ministry, training, and teaching of this builder of lives and leaders.  

Currently the Pastoral Servant Leader of the Saint Phillips Baptist Church of Hamilton Township, New Jersey, Dr. Woods and celebrating thirty years of pastoral experience this year, which includes planting three churches.

As a spiritual father and foundational church leader, he has dozens of sons and daughters in faith, as well as churches, pastors, ministers and ministries under his oversight that span the East Coast of United States and worldwide, including:  New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.   Since 1997, he has covered ministers, pastors, and churches worldwide through his service to J.E.W. Ministries Worldwide and Tabernacle Assemblies, later referred to as Faith to Faith Fellowship.  

On February 12, 2022, the General Assembly of Christ Covenant, with delegates from three continents, unanimously confirmed Dr. Woods as International Presider of Christ Covenant Assemblies International, Inc. and vowed to humbly submit to his leadership, covering, oversight, and chief servitude.  He was publicly elevated and affirmed on October 15, 2022.  As our Internatational Presider, the Lord has used him mightily to expand the ministry and influence of Christ Covenant globally to include advising, overseeing and covering Bishops, Pastors, and Churches in various parts of the world.
